Consultation and Proposal: A CentsAble Décor consultant will meet with the home seller and their realtor for 1– 2 hours.  We will tour the home as a buyer would to gather those valuable first impressions. We will discuss the seller’s goals and expectations. We will explain our “feel home” process and plan. If time permits we will do a mini-staging of one room to demonstrate how staging can transform your home into a buyer’s dream.  At the end of the consultation we will propose the services that best fit your needs and budget.   Cost: $95.00

Action Plan and Top Ten Priority Report: Our 12+ page Action Plan is for the do-it-yourself homeowner. It details every step we would take to show your home to it’s fullest potential. An action plan includes furniture placement, paint colors, (if necessary) organizational solutions and staging tricks of the trade. Our Top Ten Priority report will show you the 10 most important things you need to do first to sell your home fast and for top dollar. Cost: $95.00

Hands-On Home Staging: This service is for you if your home  needs a little extra TLC.  A CentsAble Décor consultant will  work with the homeowner transforming the main areas of your home.  Home buying is an emotional process, so we will create emotional connection points that make buyers want to stay. As much as possible we will use what you already own.  If necessary, we will use our accessories to create gorgeous photos (for your marketing efforts) and give you a visual of what you can purchase to finish the look yourself.  Add an action plan for a reduced fee to complete the look throughout your entire home. Cost: $50.00/hour, 2-hour minimum

Vacant Home Staging: Believe it or not, a vacant room actually appears smaller. Vacant homes appear sterile and take longer to sell.  Ninety percent of buyers lack the ability to imagine the purpose or potential of a room without furniture and accessories.  Our vacant home staging package includes selection and placement of furniture and accessories for rental or purchase, which will make the home warm, welcoming and irresistible to buyers.  CentsAble Decor is unique in that we have  a relationship with a local home furnishings company to offer reasonable rates for a one-month lease.  And since staging makes homes sell faster there is no need for a long-term lease.
